Ordering Guide

Placing an Order:

1. Add/Remove Items to shopping cart.
2. Click Mode of Payment.

Mode of Payment:

1. Cash via Bank Deposit

- deposit payment to our bank account
- email to fan_inquiries@fangirlasia.com the scanned copy of your deposit slip
- you will receive an email from us confirming availability of your order and shipping date

2. Credit Card

- follow credit card payment instructions on site
- you will receive an email from us confirming your availability of your order and shipping date
- please add 3.7% surcharge

3. GCash

send it to the following recipient and email us your transaction reference number once you've paid.

4. LBC or Western Union

- Service fees may apply. Email your name, amount you've sent and transaction no. at fan_inquiries@fangirlasia.com

Shipping Method

1. Shipping within the Philippines

- via JRS Express or LBC. We may use other courier where JRS Express or LBC are not available.

- Items weighing .5kg like small CDs are worth PHP250.00 Items weighing 1.0 like DVD concerts are worth PHP350.00.

2. Shipping outside the Philippines

- via Express Mail Service (EMS). We may use other modes of shipping where EMS is not available.

- you will receive an email from us quoting shipping cost after you fill in check-out information.

- please ignore fields that are not applicable to your shipping address i.e. zip code, shipping rate calculation.
